Envase by Velcroy ("Envase", "we", "us", or "our") is a curated multibrand gifting store located at 17C, Khayaban-e-Muslim, Phase 6, DHA, Karachi, Pakistan. We offer curated gift products, premium gift wrapping solutions, custom gifting services, and corporate gifting programmes.

Our website at envasestore.com (the "Website") is a showcase and enquiry platform. It is not a direct e-commerce store. All orders and arrangements are finalised through direct communication with our team.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our Website, submitting an enquiry, subscribing to our newsletter, or engaging with any of our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

4. Enquiries and Orders

4.1 Enquiry-Based Model

The Website is a showcase platform. Submitting an enquiry, filling in a contact form, or clicking any call-to-action button does not constitute a binding order or contract. An order is only confirmed when:

• You have received written confirmation from a member of the Envase team (via email, WhatsApp, or other agreed channel).
• The details of the gift, wrapping, delivery, and pricing have been mutually agreed upon.
• Any required deposit or advance payment has been received (where applicable).

4.2 Custom and Corporate Orders

For custom gift builds, corporate programmes, bulk orders, and event gifting:

• All specifications, quantities, branding requirements, and timelines must be agreed in writing prior to production.
• A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm a corporate or bulk order. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of confirmation.
• Changes to confirmed orders may not be possible after production has commenced. We will advise on feasibility on a case-by-case basis.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and are subject to availability of products and third-party logistics. We will communicate any delays promptly.

4.3 Pricing

All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated, and are exclusive of delivery charges unless explicitly confirmed. Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is formally confirmed in writing. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.

5. Gift Wrapping Services

Our gift wrapping is a core part of the Envase experience. All wrapping services are subject to the following:

• Wrapping styles (floral, premium classic, minimalist, custom branded) are showcased for illustration purposes. The final appearance may vary slightly depending on product dimensions and seasonal availability of wrapping materials.
• Personalised notes and cards are included upon request and at the discretion of our team based on order type.
• Custom branded wrapping for corporate orders requires advance preparation time, which will be communicated at the point of enquiry.
• We reserve the right to substitute wrapping elements of equivalent or greater quality if a particular material is unavailable, with advance notice where possible.

6. Delivery

Envase by Velcroy arranges delivery of gift orders across Karachi and, where agreed, to other cities in Pakistan. The following conditions apply:

• Delivery timelines are estimates provided in good faith. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, traffic conditions, weather, public holidays, or other factors outside our control.
• Delivery address accuracy is the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for failed deliveries arising from an incorrect or incomplete address.
• Recipient availability: If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier will follow the agreed protocol (e.g., leave with a neighbour or arrange re-delivery). Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
• Risk of loss or damage to gifts passes to the recipient upon delivery.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

7.1 Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested as early as possible. The following policy applies:

• Orders cancelled before preparation begins may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on whether advance payment was made and whether materials were purchased.
• Orders cancelled after preparation has commenced may not be eligible for a full refund. The refundable amount will be assessed based on costs already incurred.
• Custom and personalised orders are non-cancellable once production has started.

7.2 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the perishable and personalised nature of many of our gift products and wrapping services, we generally do not accept returns. However, we are committed to your satisfaction:

• If a gift arrives damaged, incorrect, or substantially different from what was agreed, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
• Replacement, store credit, or partial refund will be offered at our discretion depending on the nature of the issue.
• We do not accept returns of perishable food items, opened products, or customised/personalised items, except in the case of a clear defect or error on our part.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, icons, design elements, and the overall "look and feel" of the site — is the property of Envase by Velcroy or its content licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content on this Website without our express prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.

The Envase by Velcroy name, logo, and tagline "The Premier Gifting Experience" are proprietary identifiers of our brand. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

9. User-Generated Content

If you share any content relating to Envase by Velcroy on social media or otherwise (such as reviews, photos, or testimonials), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and share that content for marketing and promotional purposes, with credit where appropriate.

You represent that any content you share is your own original work, does not infringe the rights of any third party, and is not defamatory, offensive, or misleading.

10. Third-Party Brands & Products

Envase by Velcroy is a multibrand gifting curator. Products from third-party brands are offered as part of curated gift experiences. Any trademarks, brand names, or product names of third-party brands referenced on our Website remain the property of their respective owners.

Our relationship with third-party brands does not imply endorsement by those brands of Envase, nor does it imply any partnership beyond our commercial supply arrangement.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
